Premium Title Group, LLC is a full service independent title insurance agency which is currently licensed to provide title insurance in eleven states, however we can provide title insurance services nationally through our network in all fifty states. Premium Title Group provides the resources of a large title insurance company with the personal service associated with a privately owned and operated independent title agency. Premium Title Group has access to the financial strength of its nationally recognized underwriter and the flexibility to place insurance products with an "A" rated company as judged by companies such as Standard and Poor's and Moody's. We are designed to serve mortgage brokers, bankers, attorneys, builders and other real estate professionals. Escrow services include the preparation and review of HUD-1 settlement statements, loan document package printing, scheduling, closing services including remote closing locations, loan funding and disbursement through FDIC insured banks, tax payment services, and title indemnity services. We also offer an on-line ordering order system for our customer's convenience. Title commitments are normally delivered by mail or fax within 48 hours of the order date. Often times the turnaround time for a commitment is within hours, not days.
